Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases made on the Portal Jobs AI platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing credits.

1. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on Portal Jobs are digital goods used to perform specific actions on the platform, such as unlocking candidate profiles, posting job listings, and initiating AI interviews. All credit purchases are processed through Razorpay.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If a credited action (unlock, post, interview) fails due to a platform error and the credits are deducted
  • Double charge: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Unauthorized purchase: If a purchase was made without your authorization

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Credits that have been successfully used (profile unlocked, job posted, interview completed)
  • Expired credits (credits expire 12 months from purchase date)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violation

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@portaljobs.ai with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

5. Credit Adjustments

In lieu of a monetary refund, Portal Jobs may offer credit adjustments or complimentary credits at its discretion for qualified support cases. These promotional credits are non-transferable and may have different expiry terms.
